18K white gold, conch pearls 19.44 ct + 7.18 ct, brilliant-cut diamonds, pink sapphires and garnets

"Onde," the Italian word for "waves," inspired me for this set:

Wavy surfaces were created using an elaborate folding technique.

Like the shimmering of water on flowing wave surfaces, the scattered gemstones reflect light when the pieces of jewelry are moved.

The deliberate selection of the conch pearls used is based on a highly unusual discovery of two pearls identical in shape and color: Both delicate pink, triangle-shaped pearls are like a mirror image, like a reflection in water. They differ only in size.
