At first glance, an opulent cross with a peridot that catches every eye, radiating strength and tranquility. Upon closer inspection, its full effect emerges: four gargoyles, centered by the peridot, which, true to their common symbolism, are meant to ward off evil spirits and negative energies. Intense amethysts sparkle in the eyes of the intricately crafted gargoyles, giving the piece a mysterious aura. This cross is a powerful statement of protection and strength.
In the center of the cross is a remarkably beautiful peridot with a diameter of 10.0 mm, exhibiting an extremely strong color. The eyes of each gargoyle are set with intensely colored amethysts (ø2.5mm). The heads of the gargoyles (mouths, teeth, tongues, ears, etc.) are intricately crafted. On the back, there is a beautifully integrated chain passage - ø 8 mm. Also rarely found is the accompanying solid 925/- sterling silver rope chain – ø approx. 4.8 mm – length 45 cm. As a set, another pendant and a ring (see photo) would match.
